2 sirloin filets
salt and pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
pesto
1) Heat oven to 400. Season beef with salt and pepper.
2) Place on broiling pan and roast 20-25 miunutes.
3) Let filets sit 10 minutes before slicing, slice into thin strips.
4) Wrap tomato halves with beef strips and secure on skewer. Top with dollop of pesto.

ReplyDeleteThat wouldn't work on me. I'd take the pesky tomatoes out of the meat and they'd be all that was left.
