Dear Sir

You may remember that I made baked chicken earlier this week that got rave reviews. I wanted to see if I could improve that dish, or fancy it up a bit. I know I also told you about the wonders of cheese, but as klassy as cheese is, it's not really fancy. For fancy, you have to turn to wine. The French just have a way with things. I mean take your basic baked chicken and add some wine and ooo-lah-lah!

"I Can't Believe He Loves It" Chicken with Wine
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp white wine
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat chicken in melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt.
  2. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 30 minutes. Then flip and cook another 15-20 minutes.

  1. Whoa that looks soooo good. AND now I'm starving...on to lunch. :)

  2. Looks great! It is funny how wine can just dress things up.

  3. Mmm. Looks so simple. Looks so good.

  4. Loving all these chicken recipes. I'm coming to your house for dinner!!

  5. I am going to have to try this, it looks so simple and yummy!

  6. Looks so simple and yet so tasty.

  7. Nothing like a bit of wine to jazz something up or to sip while jazzing something up!

  8. i don't care if cheese is Klassy. i still love it.
