Oh Mexico! The blog will be unattended and unloved this next week while Jon and I take our Firs Anniversary/Kate's-done-with-the-bar trip to Puerto Vallarta. I tend to journal my travels while I'm away, which Jon loves. He's already asked if I packed my journal. What a sweetie. I promise to regal you with tales of canopy tours, snorkeling trips, and of course, Tequila, once I return. Until then, I will raise a glass to you as I lie poolside.
