Supply -- with or without ...That is so frustrating! Supply -- with or without exercise -- seems to vary a lot between births. After my first birth, my supply was just ok -- it took a lot to keep it going. After my second, it was sufficient and Paige was breastfed for a little over a year exclusively (I tried to supplement with a little formula in the last few months -- and she wouldn't take it at all).
